But to be precise, She is extremely professional, knows her domain, above and beyond service, seamless follow-ups, meticulous descriptions, 24 hr TAT for updates and responses. When we were house hunting in Austin from another state, she quickly grasped our needs, advised on next steps, very patient to listen to our long conversations over call and helped in all the way she could. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Shilpa Singh. From first contact, she was incredibly thorough in figuring out our wants and needs in a home. Once we figured that out, she went to WORK. She provided multiple options and once we found neighborhoods we liked, she narrowed our search down to those areas with multiple options. She made sure to highlight the features we wanted while also finding way to accommodate for our lifestyle as well. This made the process so smooth and easy for us. Her communication and follow up was incredible. Anytime we showed interest in a home, she had multiple viewing times ready so we could work around our busy schedules.
