We were on a very tight timeline of buying a house in Overland Park during May 2022 and were looking to close in on a house before the start of the school year. The housing market was insanely hot and it seemed difficult that we will find a house. As a first time home buyer I don't have any knowledge on what kind of houses (2/3 car and number of beds and baths) to start look for. At that time we came to know about Aravind from one of my friend. I talked to him first time over the phone and he went through all the basic details that a home buyer has to look for about 30-40 mins.
