(Even 2 weeks before of the actual closing date, Sistar had told me their readiness to close if I wanted to close one week before the actual date)!! Our experience with Sistar has been nothing but stellar. From the mortgage application through underwriting to approval and closing, a Sistar team member helped us every step of the way. They were knowledgeable and if they did not have an answer, they reverted back very promptly. They were extremely professional, responsive, helpful and best of all, friendly. I never once felt as though I was a bother. They never tried to give me a sales pitch to buy down the rate with points. No visits to any office was required. The closing was done in the comfort of my home at a time of my choosing.
