I contacted Signarama with a near impossible request, to design, manufacture, and install a 9 foot tall light box in one week! I recently had to help my daughter find a sign installer on short notice for the opening of her business in Ridgewood. After doing some research and making some calls, I had a conversation with Shabbir at Signarama. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience, not to mention the positive reviews Signarama had on Google. I decide to go with Signarama and I am very glad. Over the next several days I worked closely with his assistant Catalina to make the impossible happen. After countless texts and phone calls back and forth with Catalina, and after numerous unanticipated obstacles, Catalina was able to deliver an installation crew the night before the opening of the store! The installation crew did a wonderful job. All of this came together in less than a week! I cannot recommend Signarama highly enough. Professional, courteous, and competent. And Catalina is a total rock star!

Shabbir & his team at the Forest Hills Signarama shop are an example of how a sign business, or any business, should be run! I work for a very large national sign company & one of my clients is that highly successful home improvement company we all see sponsoring CFB Saturdays on National Cable TV. I was tasked on a Friday evening by this client for an immediate need to provide some large NOW OPEN banners for an existing store in Brooklyn that was shut down for repairs. Shabbir wasted zero time in responding to my clients request & worked through the weekend to provide the client's much needed signage to inform its local customer base they were back in business. I had the Best Experience here in Signarama!!! They did such an amazing for my new dance studio Light Everything Dance Complex located in The Shops at Atlas Park. I was able to work with them and I needed an awning asap. They were able to get my designs and complete it within 3 days!!! They are fast and very cautious of what you want and need. Great Quality!!! I appreciate them calling me throughout the 3 days and carefully explained everything to me. They did my awning and business hours quickly and exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend working with them for your business or company. Great Team!!!
The representative Called Catalina is very unapologetic. Also approximately if you text more than once asking a question about a price that is way past the time period given it’s coined as “aggression” for contacting a business number. The gentleman provided great customer service but the girl who introduced herself as Catalina has bad customer service. For any organization bad customer service is never good.

Pressure is expected both ways on basement walls; river swell may get higher during rainy weather. I wish that flood-proofing basements would always get cheaper, sigh! Well, it’s about stale things coming out of fresh wee as rain.
