Rated 5.0 My experience with Sapna Hemnani was very positive. I recently purchased a condominium in a very tight market. That meant I had to go look at properties on short notice and make offers quickly and strategically. Sapna was with me every step of the way. She and I would at times go to multiple viewings in one evening. My preference for a place to live encompassed a wide area. I would have to go from one city to another just to try to get there, look at the property, and decide whether or not to bid. Sapna was with me every step of the way. Not only that. As we were in a seller’s market, there were lots of offers on these properties. Sapna experience with the sellers always put me in a good position when I decided to make offers. She gave me solid advice and helped me structure my offers in a way that would be attractive to the sellers. I am currently living in my new property. Sapna helped us tremendously in this process and I never imagined it to be as smooth as it went. She is highly professional and friendly at the same time(It's easy to build trust). She is very cordial, patient, and very proactive in the process. She helped with documentation, appraisal, closing, repairs, etc. Patiently answered all the stupid questions I had. She does not push you to make an offer. She helped me learn a great deal about the home buying process.
