The home buying was always known to be a nightmare process but she was very patient with my million questions, explaining, and assured my needs were met. As busy we all are, she sent me reminder and kept me with updates. Tilni always went out her way and did not push or pressure me on decisions yet she was super supportive by providing all details and let me make my final decision. Her expertise made my first home purchase a smooth easy and painless. A year later I had an opportunity to relocate for a new job. I reached out to Tilni, and she was ready to go! I told her my plan and she had professional photography teams out, fliers and open houses set up. Rated 5.0 If there’s anyone who knows the Delaware market, it’s Tilni! Tilni helped us close on our investment property in Claymont DE with ease. She explained the process to us in detail and answered all our questions. Our mortgage lender was delaying the process and Tilni was critical in discussing this with the seller to make sure they understood the situation and renegotiate the timeline (without any disadvantage to us). Tilni is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She truly cares about her clients and has been great at checking in with us and keeping in touch long after we closed on the property!
