I've wanted to be a lawyer since grade school when I was inspired by seeing my uncle performing in court. After graduating from Texas A&M with a BBA, I was accepted to The University of Texas School of Law. I made the selective "The Review of Litigation" law review while working 30 hours a week to pay my way. I spent my first year as an attorney at a large law firm in Austin. I figured out that I didn't want boss, so I left the firm to start my own. I found out that I liked and was good at family law. By 1998 I was practicing exclusively family law and became Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2003.

From 2008-11 I took a break from practicing law to run a successful business in California. After marrying and having a child, I returned to Texas and my law practice. I live in Houston now, with another child, and with re-certification pending. I work harder than my competitors and am always available. If you hire me, you'll get dedication and attention to your case.
