Tushar Vaidya is a seasoned litigator with decades of experience in the consumer products, legal, management consulting, health care, and banking and finance sectors. He focuses his practice on eDiscovery litigation, strategy, and consulting. With more than 15 years representing organizations in the consumer products, energy and infrastructure, media and entertainment, health care, sports, technology, and banking and finance sectors, Tushar has gained substantial experience spearheading eDiscovery strategy and management in response to large, complex class action lawsuits and MDL’s. Prior to joining Winston, Tushar was responsible for discovery strategy in a large MDL and in various state Attorney General investigations and litigations for a major consumer products company based in Washington, D.C. Tushar also has more than 8 years of practice serving in a senior associate role at a major international law firm, and over a decade as a leader managing the day-to-day operational activities of multiple large scale eDiscovery litigations.
