Mandell Sundarsingh practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, creditors’ rights, debtors’ rights, collections, as well as post-judgment execution and defense. He is also experienced in commercial foreclosure litigation, lender/borrower disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and mechanic lien foreclosures. Mr. Sundarsingh also has over ten years of experience in real estate development, advising clients in all stages of development from initial contract negotiation, working with lenders and investors, and advising throughout the construction phase of the process. Mr. Sundarsingh is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and is admitted to practice within the State of Florida and the U.S. Southern District Court of Florida. Mr. Sundarsingh received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University where he received a full scholarship. Mr. Sundarsingh has been recognzied as a "Super Lawyer" for the last five consecutive years and is a member of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
