Douglas M. Greene received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2005 as a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. He served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James Mulvihill, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, from 2005 to 2006, and has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar since 2006.Mr. Greene is a recognized leader in the area of Social Security, having worked as a senior attorney and supervisor for the Social Security Administration prior to establishing his private practice. Upon completing his judicial clerkship, he served as a Staff Attorney for Legal Services of New Jersey and later as a Supervisory Attorney Advisor for the Social Security Administration in both the Newark and the South Jersey Hearing Offices.In 2016, Mr. Greene founded SSDI Lawyers of New Jersey, LLC, today located in West Windsor, New Jersey. He dedicates his practice to serving clients in the areas of Social Security Disability and landlord and tenant disputes.Mr. Greene has presented on Social Security-related topics, training attorneys and other staff members of the Social Security Administration as a Senior Attorney Advisor in the Jersey City Hearing Office, has led many discussion groups on disability topics, and continues to present on a wide range of SSI and SSDI topics to the state and county bar associations, including the 2017 New Jersey State Bar Conference in Atlantic City, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, National Business Institute, Lawline, and other community groups.
