Sridavi Ganesan is a Partner with Rome LLP and has extensive litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Her practice includes representing clients in general commercial, real estate, intellectual property, and Internet-related litigation matters. Ms. Ganesan’s intellectual property experience includes handling trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement issues, trade secrets, and Lanham Act violations. She successfully defended a highly trafficked, user-generated content site against enforcement of a judgment involving the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. She successfully obtained a preliminary injunction against a celebrity artist popular in the U.K. in favor of the artist’s management company, to prevent the sale of artwork in violation of the company’s copyrights.
