About Souvik Saha Attorney

Souvik Saha’s experience includes matters involving appellate and supreme court litigation, government and regulatory litigation, criminal investigations, and securities litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he completed internships with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as the National Security Division of the United States Department of Justice.Prior to his legal education, Mr. Saha served as a Fulbright Fellow in New Delhi, India, researching India’s energy security initiatives, intellectual property law regime and foreign direct investment. He has also worked for the Office of Staff Attorneys at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
