Sohail Khan is an associate for the Business Law Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Sohail is based in the Chicago office where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School where he was an executive board member and treasurer of the Business Law Forum and a member of the Notre Dame Law Transactional Team. During law school, Sohail served as a legal extern for the City of Chicago Legal Department and the National Association of Realtors. Sohail also served as an intern for the Office of U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth researching financial growth issues faced by local businesses, organizations, and constituents. While in law school, Sohail was a summer associate at Foley where he helped coordinate a firm-wide investment banking initiative to gather insights into the market during the Covid-19 pandemic and worked on a mortgage financing deal for a major hotel chain acquisition.
