Priya Kumar is an outstanding attorney admitted to the State Bars of New York and Michigan. She is a member of SmithDehn LLP, an international law firm that delivers top-tier service, while meeting the needs and budgets of companies and individuals in ways that few large firms can. Ms. Kumar’s practice focuses on U.S. immigration law. She specializes in several nonimmigrant visa categories, including H, L, O, P, TN, I, and E-2, and has handled matters pertaining to nonimmigrant workers, artists and entertainers, media workers, and investors. She also specializes in various family-based and employment-based immigrant visa categories, and has represented corporations and individuals widely in the United States. She has also assisted clients in consular processing and procurement of visas.  Her practice includes EB-5 investment based green card matters as well. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
