About Shahani Esquire Freelance Attorney

I graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in May 2003. The same year, I worked on my first project as a freelance attorney. I helped a four-attorney law firm secure a multi-million dollar settlement for a client in a wrongful imprisonment case.For the next seven years, I worked with Kathryn Snapka and managed the mass torts division at our firm. I handled pharmaceutical drug injury, mold, defamation, products liability and catastrophic personal injury cases. I also helped the Garza v. Merck & Co. plaintiffs' trial team secure a $32 million verdict for our clients. I became adept at conducting legal research and composing briefs on complex issues for cases in state, federal and appellate courts. Throughout my legal career, I have consistently earned great results for my clients by analyzing legal issues through extensive research and producing high-quality writing in various practice areas, including personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, criminal and family law. Because of my fascination with the law, I remain open to discovering other areas. I can serve as the perfect complement to the attorney who is too busy for or disfavors the paper aspect of practicing law.
