Sumedha Ahuja has extensive experience prosecuting patent and trademark applications for clients in a variety of industries, including software applications and products, computer architecture and networking, computer hardware and infrastructure, internet technologies, database management, authentication, encryption, object oriented programming, personalized content management and delivery, telecommunications, and mechanical devices. She has represented clients in more than two dozen post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and has published a leading handbook on post-grant proceedings.
