About Pamela M.Woods

Pam Woods is a partner in Liner’s Insurance Recovery Group. She also focuses on appellate work and trial and law and motion advocacy. Based on her years of teaching legal writing and advocacy at the UCLA School of Law and her professional writing experience, Pam focuses on appellate and substantive briefs, and is one of the firm’s primary editors of substantive work product. In addition to her insurance coverage experience, she also has civil litigation experience in a wide range of areas, including products liability, securities fraud, toxic torts, and contractual disputes. She has handled all aspects of civil litigation, including trials, appellate briefing, and oral arguments before the California Courts of Appeal. Pam spent the first five years of her legal career at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She represented major clients in a range of matters, and coordinated the defense of clients faced with mass toxic tort litigation.
