David Nevin presently is lead counsel for a capitally charged, high value detainee in a case arising out of the attacks of September 11, 2001, and the resulting criminal investigation which has been described as the largest investigation in the history of the United States. Our appellate lawyers frequently appear before state and federal appellate courts and have obtained successful results for our clients in numerous cases, including new trials, new sentencing hearings and the outright dismissal of cases.
