Rated 5.0Some secretary answered and failed to provide a connection to a lawyer. Then asked ridiculous questions ending the conversation early. Might be a good law firm but needs to hire normal secretaries that know when to put through calls and not imagine that they supposedly know what is important for a lawyer to know. I know that if I lost a valuable client because of a secretary that I would be very angry.

Rated 5.0When I felt devastated facing the many charges of Sexual Assault, Kidnapping, Forcible Confinement and Utter Threat, I was recommended by the friend to meet Joseph. At the first time I meet him, his rich experience, extensive knowledge, candid legal advice made me retain him right away. My ex-wife and I have a series of high conflict argument and end up divorce after six month period of marriage. The divorce would negatively effect on her immigration by my sponsorship, so she felt upset about it. One day she attended my home and smashed my car, when I was following her back to her residence and asking the compensation, she called the police and made the wrong allegation including two very serious sexual assaults. After I retained Joseph, Joseph and his defence team obtained and reviewed my disclosures and large volume of messages between my ex-wife and me shortly before and after the incident, and established the defence strategy and evidence. During the trial, Joseph and his team continued to check my ex-wife’s media posting and found that she continued to post the message, which show her high aggression to me. Joseph conducted the extensive cross examination of my ex-wife by those evidences; successfully eliminate the credibility and reliability of her statement. By the end of the trial, the Court determined that there was insufficient evidence to convict me of the Sexual and other charges. Joseph is a great lawyer and save my life. I can’t thank you enough!

He explained what the proper approach to the case should be and then he explained each step of the process with best and worst case scenarios. Having never had any legal issues in the past this was a very stressful situation but Christopher was comforting and reassuring. Throughout the process he communicated updates on the case and what to expect next. The price was fair and he did not add any additional fees or charges outside of what was originally discussed during the consultation.
