Hi all, Im member of the firm’s Projects, Energy and Infrastructure group, where my practice focuses primarily on public-private partnership (PPP) transactions. Also has acted for equity sponsors, developers, lenders and other participants in connection with developing proposals and achieving financial close for projects across various jurisdictions in both Canada and the US. I worked on several industry-leading PPP transactions in Canada, and has experience on projects ranging from light rail transit and highway projects to hospitals and performance centers.
