Naima Farrell is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments. Ms. Farrell has represented clients at the trial and appellate levels in cases involving employment law, constitutional law, immigration law, and class actions. She has experience representing and advising employers with respect to a wide range of employment issues, including discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, ERISA plans, non-competition agreements, and executive employment disputes. In 2016, the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights Coalition named Ms. Farrell to their Pro Bono Honor Roll in recognition of her work on behalf a young victim of human trafficking. This award is given annually to pro bono attorneys who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to access to justice for their clients.
