Meghal Shah is an associate in the Tax Credit Transactions Practice Group in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. Shah focuses her practice on low-income housing tax credits. During law school, Ms. Shah worked at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau, assisting clients in applying for and maintaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. She also provided counseling on various business formation considerations, including choice of entity and organizational structure. In addition, Ms. Shah interned with a national law firm, where she worked on a range of matters, including drafting consulting agreements, commercial lease provisions and endorsement agreements.
