About Megha Singh Law

Megha Singh represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in litigation. Leveraging her broad experience, she has assisted with matters involving personal injury, toxic torts, civil rights and constitutional litigation. Her background includes handling breach of contract cases involving construction services, property settlement agreement, and covenants, conditions, and restrictions. She has also assisted with neighbor-to-neighbor and HOA disputes. Before joining Hinshaw, Megha was an associate attorney at a firm in Tempe, Arizona. While there, in addition to counseling clients in litigation, she prepared various types of contracts and policies for small businesses, including COVID-19 pandemic policies. During law school, Megha gained invaluable experience as a legal extern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Phoenix and as a legal intern with the Appeals Unit of the Child and Family Protection Division at the Arizona Attorney General's Office. She also worked with the Innovation Advancement Legal Clinic as a student attorney to provide legal services to small businesses and emerging technology companies. Megha began her legal career in Delhi, India where she practiced law and served as a civil litigator before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and as a judicial law clerk of the High Court of Delhi.
