Vinay Mavinkurve is a New Jersey and Pennsylvania licensed attorney with a broad range of experience including civil litigation, family and estate planning law. Mr. Mavinkurve has also counseled small and large business and entrepreneurial clients with respect to various business issues, contract drafting, financing, real estate, and structuring, negotiation and closing complex acquisitions and divestitures. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Mavinkurve served as the Law Clerk to the Chief Justice at the Delaware Court of Common Pleas. During this time, Mr. Mavinkurve drafted opinions and bench memoranda and participated in a variety of civil and criminal proceedings before the Court of Common Pleas and Superior Court of Delaware.
