Navin’s real estate law practice includes representation of real estate private equity and opportunity funds; real estate developers; hotel and motel owners; private lenders; commercial landlords and tenants; investors and homeowners. Navin also handles commercial and residential real estate closings as a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Navin’s corporate and business law practice includes representation of small to mid-market companies on general corporate and litigation matters in a wide range of industries. Navin handles real estate and business transactions of all sizes for individuals, whereas commercial deals typically range anywhere from $1M - $20M. Prior to forming the law firm in late 2009, Navin worked at several large commercial law firms in Orlando and Miami practicing all aspects of real estate law, business law and general litigation. In addition, Navin worked on the business side of real estate in the Real Estate Strategy & Development department of The Walt Disney Company handling land-use issues and deal terms for the Company’s real estate projects.
