Michelle Kariyeva is a graduate of Touro Law Center, where she was an active member of the Jewish Law Students Association, Women’s Bar Association, and Family Law Society. Michelle was also a member of the Touro Law Honors Program and Touro Law Review. Most notably, she was the recipient of the Daniel and Rose Subotnik Distinguished Writing Award. During law school, Michelle interned for the Honorable Arthur M. Diamond in Nassau County Supreme Court, where she researched and drafted opinions on various legal issues, and was able to participate in trials, from voir dire to jury verdict and post-trial procedures, involving negligence and medical malpractice. This invaluable experience sparked her interest in Plaintiff’s personal injury. Having worked for multiple personal injury law firms, Michelle now brings her passion and experience into her own. Michelle’s commitment begins and ends with her clients, as she strives to practice law to the highest level of the legal profession. Her dedication, expertise, and passion has helped her clients achieve favorable outcomes in their civil matters, including multiple six and seven-figure settlements. This firm specializes in handling various personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bite incidents, nursing home negligence, and more.
