While working with different immigration attorneys in the valley, Mr. Joshi had hands on experience with cases such as I-130 family petitions, I-601 and I-601A hardship waivers, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization application, Green card application, Asylum applications, Appeals to BIA, and other immigration cases. Additionally, while in school, Mr. Joshi worked with a non-profit organization called New American Legal Clinic and helped indigent people achieve their immigration goals. As part of the clinic camp, Mr. Joshi helped more than 20 indigent people obtain naturalization and fee waivers.
