Isha focuses her practice on patent litigation matters in federal district court. She handles matters across a range of technologies – including small molecule drugs, biologics, medical devices and more. Her experience extends to all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit counseling to trial. She has represented clients in venues throughout the US, including California, Delaware and North Carolina, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission. Isha has a JD from Columbia Law School, where she was an editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. She also provided pro bono services to clients as a member of Columbia’s Domestic Violence Project. Prior to joining Cooley, Isha served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Richard G.
