Hemant Ramachandran is an Associate Attorney with Mannam & Associates LLC. He has been admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Immigration Lawyers Association [AILA]. Mr. Ramachandran earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia, School of Law in Athens, GA in 2014. He also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA in 2009. After graduating from the University of Georgia, School of Law, Mr. Ramachandran served as a law clerk in the Coweta Judicial Circuit for 18 months. In September 2016, Mr. Ramachandran joined Mannam & Associates LLC. Mr. Ramachandran handles the processing of I-140 immigrant petitions and prepares motions and responses to requests for evidence on a variety of issues including I-140 petitions, H-1B petitions, and applications for employment authorization. In doing so, he interacts extensively and directly with corporate clients, immigration beneficiaries, and government agencies.
