Hassan A. Shah is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other commercial transactions.In addition to his M&A practice, Mr. Shah counsels clients on corporate governance and securities matters, including private placements and venture capital investments.Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Shah worked on corporate advisory matters and litigation in Washington, D.C. Mr. Shah also previously served as a clerk for the Honorable J. Travis Laster in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He also has extensive business and investment experience having previously worked in the fields of private equity and investment banking.
