Mona Gupta, principal shareholder, is a seasoned immigration attorney with close to 35 years of legal experience, most of which specifically in immigration. She oversees the firm's family-based immigration and naturalization cases. She is a 1984 graduate of the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas. Mona also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University and a Master's degree in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has served on AILA liaison committees for the Texas Service Center, Dallas District Office, and the Department of Labor. She also is a Member of the Texas Bar Foundation. Mona is active member of Attorneys Serving the Community, an organization in which she has held several leadership positions.
