I am a certified life coach specializing in divorce and transition. I help women navigate the often complex and stressful path of divorce or separation by providing support in numerous areas: bringing clarity to their thought process, divorce planning, support with legal aspects of divorce, co-parenting children during and after divorce, and most importantly, self-care. My experiences have been my greatest teacher; through my personal experiences, I learned that only when we make decisions and act from a place of inner strength rather than fear and anxiety do we own them. We stop being victims, and we see ourselves as survivors and creators of our destiny. Recognizing that every situation is unique, I guide my clients to find actionable solutions to their specific situations or problems. I provide a safe and confidential space for my clients to be vulnerable as I guide them through their inward and outward transformational journeys. I don’t engage in husband-bashing. My approach is to focus on helping my client define her goals and achieve them while paying full attention to her well-being.
