About Divya Bakshi Arya Lawyer

After completing her Bachelors of Commerce with honors from the prestigious Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University. With her Uncle's and father's established Legal background as inspiration, Ms. Bakshi Arya enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws Program. She worked part-time with an Canadian Immigration Consulting firm during the first year of her Law program. Having topped her class, she was selected by the soft drink giant, Coca-Cola India, in their head office in India, in their Legal Department where she worked for two years. She quit Coca-Cola India to enroll in a full-time program in Trademarks and Patent Laws from the Indian Law Institute. Her passion to learn more about Immigration Law brought her to Canada to work for one of Western Canada's oldest Immigration Law firms. She continued to work for the Law firm while completing her legal accreditation in Canada. Soon after, she joined the University of British Columbia and completed a program in Canadian Immigration Law.
