Mr. Patel is a member of our civil and family law team. Prior to joining Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C., Mr. Patel spent twelve years at two respected Boulder general practice firms working as counsel to both startups and established businesses, and as a litigator. Skillful on behalf of both employers and employees, Mr. Patel has defended companies and owners in both agency and court proceedings, while also representing individuals with severance agreements, and discrimination and wage claim matters. He also helps clients improve their settlement or litigation posture by completing nuanced evaluations of employment policies, non-competition agreements, and non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements. Mr. Patel also represented numerous clients in personal injury cases, settling several for policy limits. Mr. Patel advocates devotedly for his family law clients, including those in high-conflict relationships, in actions for the allocation of parental rights or dissolution of marriage.
