Dimple Patel’s practice focuses on representing the interests of commercial real estate lenders and loan servicers in connection with high-value, complex, structured-loan transactions. She is experienced with a wide range of real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, loan assumptions, defeasances, condemnations, full and partial releases of mortgages, and easements. In addition to her practice, Dimple has a strong commitment and interest in advancing civic and cultural causes in the Philadelphia community. Dimple serves as an active board member for United Communities of Southeastern Philadelphia, a non-profit organization designed to promote the educational and economic advancement of individuals and families in Southeastern Philadelphia. She is also a member of the United Way Project NEXT Leadership Committee, a group committed to giving back to, advocating for and volunteering in the Philadelphia region. Most recently, Dimple was appointed to FringeAxis, a committee of bright, young professionals working to reach a new generation of Philadelphians with Philadelphia FringeArts’ intellectually challenging, provocative, and moving contemporary art.
