Mr. Bhanu B. Ilindra’s has several years of experience in various aspects of immigration law especially in business immigration law. His experience in immigration law include working as a corporate counsel and as an associate for immigration practicing law firms in Virginia and in New Jersey. Mr. Ilindra graduated in Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the University of Iowa, and admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Mr. Ilindra is also an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and frequently attends its meetings to gain knowledge and to emphasis the latest developments in Immigration Law. Furthermore, as a corporate counsel, Mr. Ilindra had hands on approach in every step of the process of business immigration matters with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Dept. of Labor, State Work Agencies, and various U.S consulates across the world. In addition, as an associate, he was involved in various types of cases involving business immigration, family immigration and immigration litigation such as Asylum, CAT, Removal Proceedings, and BIA etc.
