Sudeb Basu is a Member of the Virginia State Bar. He can represent immigration law clients located anywhere, in matters before U.S. consulates, the National Visa Center, USCIS, CBP, ICE, and in immigration courts. As a defense attorney in Virginia courts, Sudeb represented hundreds of clients charged with misdemeanor offenses such as DUI/DWI, reckless driving, trespass, public drunkeness, larceny, and assault.While at law school in Washington, D.C., Sudeb interned as a law clerk in judges' chambers at the Headquarters Immigration Court. He also interned with Judge Loren A. Smith at the United States Court of Federal Claims. In both internships, Sudeb drafted decisions on behalf of judges.
