Bansri D Patel Attorney, where she supports corporate clients across a range of industries with immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. Prior to joining Fragomen, Bansri worked at a mid-sized law firm in Los Angeles, where she analyzed cases and strategized the best possible outcomes for clients’ immigration matters, including H-1Bs, H-4s, J-1s and Requests for Evidence. During law school, Bansri interned at different-sized law firms throughout the U.S., which allowed her to partner with a range of clientele and gain a robust understanding of U.S. immigration law. In addition, during law school, she served as the Administrative Editor of Syracuse University College of Law’s Journal of International Law and Commerce.
