Favad Bajaria, founder of the Bajaria Law Firm PC, represents companies on Texas Sales and Use Tax matters, including audit defense and hearings before the State Office of Administrative Hearings in Austin, and assisting clients resolve business lawsuits and disputes both inside and outside of the courtroom. Favad also supervises the Firm’s real estate transactional and title insurance and closing services offered in partnership with Millennium Title. Prior to forming Bajaria Law, Favad was an associate at a national law firm based in San Francisco primarily representing large Fortune 500 corporations. Favad received his law degree from Baylor Law School where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and served on the Baylor Law Review. He was the recipient of the Frances B. McCall Academic Scholarship and a member of the Order of the Barristers. While in law school, Favad was an extern for Federal Judge Walter S. Smith, Jr., and clerked for the prestigious Solicitor General’s section within the Texas Attorney General’s office. Favad attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate studies. As the founder of Bajaria Law, Favad focuses on developing his practice to cater to the needs of small and medium-sized business and understands the importance of providing reasonably priced legal services to his clients.
