Asad represents clients in a variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour claims. As a former Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department, Asad is particularly fluent in New York City and State labor and employment laws. Recently served as Law Clerk to the Honorable A. Kathleen Tomlinson, United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Previously served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the New York City Law Department, Labor and Employment Law Division.
