Arjun Jaikumar is an associate who focuses his practice on appellate and Supreme Court litigation, investigations and criminal litigation, and antitrust matters. Mr. Jaikumar also has an active pro bono practice ranging from immigration to civil rights litigation. He first joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2013 and was an associate at the firm from 2014 to 2015.Before rejoining the firm, Mr. Jaikumar served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marsha S. Berzon of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for the Honorable Richard G. Stearns of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jaikumar was a legal intern with the Texas Defender Service, and an extern for a New York-based legal aid initiative focused on enforcing constitutional rights in capital, habeas and prison cases. He also served as chapter president for the American Constitution Society. Mr. Jaikumar previously worked for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in Washington DC, and was a contributing editor with Daily Kos based in New York. Mr. Jaikumar is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, and before the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
