About Anisha P. Patel Attorney

Anisha is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Although her practice is primarily focused in the areas of complex litigation, including professional liability, corporate disputes, and insurance cases, Anisha also has experience in representing a major tobacco company in smoking and health litigation. Anisha attended the London School of Economics, where she received an LLB law degree, and then completed the Bar Vocational Course at City Law School prior to being called to the Bar of England and Wales. Anisha subsequently attended Stetson University College of Law where she graduated first in her class and received the E. Harris Drew Memorial Award for Excellence in Written & Oral Advocacy, the Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and earned book awards in Torts, Legal Research and Writing, Trial Advocacy, Professional Responsibility, and Constitutional Law. Anisha also worked as a paralegal in the firm’s commercial litigation department whilst attending Stetson Law. During her time at Stetson Law, Anisha was a published associate member of Stetson Law Review and was a member of Stetson University’s Moot Court Board. She was awarded the Best Oralist Award at the Mercer LEAP Moot Court Competition and at the Phelps Dunbar First-Year Appellate Advocacy Competition, and she competed on the Stetson team which reached the final round of the Orseck Memorial Moot Court Competition and received the Best Team Brief award. Anisha was also on the Board of Governors for the Stetson Chapter of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division, which received awards for Best Event and Best Florida Law School Chapter during her tenure.
