Trisha Parikh practices in the firm's commercial litigation group. Her practice focuses on white-collar defense and investigations, antitrust, and competition. She has broad experience in a wide variety of criminal matters, complex commercial civil litigation, and both internal and government investigations. She has represented clients in federal and state court in all stages of litigation, as well as clients facing parallel civil and criminal proceedings. Trisha's recent clients include: a nascent professional sports league, e-commerce platforms, and companies in industries such as healthcare, technology, financial services, and education. Trisha also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration asylum cases, constitutional impact litigation, and other issues before state and federal trial and appeals courts. Trisha received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017, where she was an articles editor for the Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law. While in law school, she was a student attorney for the Federal Appellate Clinic and Civil-Criminal Litigation Clinic and was a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Fraud Section. She earned her bachelor's degrees in economics and political science with high honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2013.
