Alison Jarbo focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation, representing clients in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Alison has significant trial experience, having played substantial roles in both jury and bench trials, including class action and mass action trials. As part of her litigation practice, Alison represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation and administrative matters throughout the US, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, trade secrets, employment contracts, and wage and hour law in both the individual and class action contexts. Before joining Squire Patton Boggs, Alison was an associate in the Los Angeles office of a global law firm. During law school, Alison was a clerk for Judge Robert P.
