About Aditya Perakath Law

Aditya specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. Aditya draws on a background in cross-border investments, commercial contracts, and trademarks that stems from his several years as a practitioner in India. He uses that experience to counsel US companies on a range of transactional and corporate governance matters. Aditya works closely with the Boston Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston, serving in leadership roles with both organizations. He is on the editorial board of the Boston Bar Journal, and co-chair of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court’s Standing Advisory Committee on Professionalism. Aditya is also on the board of directors of the Charles River Watershed Association.
