Chand Parvathaneni is a founding partner of The Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC. Attorney Chand Parvathaneni graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (Honors) degree from the Indian Institue of Technology (IIT- Kharagpur), an elite insitution of higher learning in India. Chand graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Texas at Dallas where he received his Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science. He worked in a number of Fortune 500 companies such as Fujitsu Consulting, ACS-Xerox, Verizon, and Microsoft, in various roles related to Software Development. Chand Parvathaneni advises software start-ups and technology outsourcing companies with immigration and business related issues and focusses on employment based immigration petitions. Chand has obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (newly purchased and recognized as Texas A & M School of Law) and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of American Bar Association (ABA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). As a naturalized U.S. citizen, Chand has a unique perspective and understanding of the personal challenges that individuals face when dealing with the complexities of immigration law.
