Kiran Nair is a California native. In 2003, after graduating from the Whittier School of Law, in Costa Mesa, she joined a private law firm and worked exclusively in the criminal defense and immigration department. There, Kiran worked with veteran attorneys to solve complex legal issues that allowed her to develop her knowledge of criminal and immigration law. In the courtroom, Kiran has developed her own unique style of advocacy through hundreds of court appearances in front of dozens of different judges. This combination of accumulated experience and personal style led her to start her own law firm, specializing in immigration law and criminal defense for non-citizens. Kiran has had much success working on her own, primarily servicing the Orange County and Los Angeles areas, although if she believes she can help, she will take a case from anywhere within her jurisdiction. The key is whether she is able to offer any assistance of value. That’s why Kiran’s practice has been able to thrive in such a competitive industry. Her number one asset is her genuine honesty. She does not hesitate to walk her clients through the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of their case. Although this is a time-consuming process, Kiran recognizes that fully understanding their case can give clients a peace of mind that is rarely found in the legal field.
