Rated 5.0 I first met Monika when she worked at the Colonial Park mall at Boutique. Once they moved that location and she stopped doing it, I tried Miracle Eyebrows and both Boutique locations in Capital City Mall and Harrisburg Mall numerous times with numerous different people. I promise you, she's the best in Harrisburg. Aside from that, I'm almost positive she's the cheapest. Def give her a try, you won't regret it.

I was even more excited when I realized I knew her from the place formerly at the Colonial Park mall. She was always the best. Her new location is very nice and clean.
