The best of World Dance with classes on West African, Middle Eastern Dance like Baladi or Khaleeji. Bollywood, Bachata, Salsa dancing and many more. You can also find Yoga discipline presented as a lifestyle, rather than an exercise trend, offering session that include pranayama, Ayurvedic recipes and meditation in addition to asana flows. Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Men’s Yoga, Adaptive Yoga and Partner Yoga are part of the menu. Holistic Fitness with Full Mighty BodyConditioning which includes various disciplines like slow free weight sequences, Swiss Ball, Ballet Floor, and more. Our Thai-Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic consultations make the perfect package for the Armentality Experience. Armentality Movement Arts Center is the home and vision of artistic director and owner Laura Armenta, lover of movement disciplines, dancer, choreographer, yogini and passionate educator. Ms. Armenta started this artistic and entrepreneurial adventure that has truly evolved and matured to what it is today. The center has been in constant evolution, it has changed names, locations and concepts; and it is now located inside the Historical and beautiful Masonic Center building Downtown Grand Rapids. Right at our Armentality Movement Arts Center we offer holistic and performing arts services and education from recreational to professional, group or private, as well as corporate. We also have an Armentality Extension in Rockford at SheActive Boutique as well as in Cascade at Dental Health & Wellness Center, plus our Armentality Outreach Programs for school programs and various non-profit organizations.

Rated 5.0 I had a dear friend gift me with a belly dancing class, which I just took today. I have extreme fear when it comes to dancing (besides alone in my kitchen,) but Laura and the other women I danced with felt immediately safe and I enjoyed every second! I felt part of the Wild Divine feminine, clutsy dance moves and all. Laura also emailed me right away with more info, which made me feel really included and encouraged. Thank you so much Laura for creating such a beautiful space for movement and healing. I will be back as soon as I can be!
