Rated 1.0 This place is ridiculous. They charged me over $300 for putting a raccoon into MY OWN garbage can. I did not realize it until the tenant reported to me, they literally put the dead raccoon into the garbage can and it attracted a lot of flies and it was so gross. Why would anyone pay few hundred dollar for someone to come to your house, pick up a dead animal and put back into your own property??? When we called to complain, they said this is what we do. Homeowners, please be careful!!!! This business is a total RIPOFF!!!!!
Rated 5.0 I called Silver Bullet this afternoon and within minutes David was at my mothers house. All to find out there was no problem at all. He went on a Saturday in bad weather and after he figured out there was need for his services he was still so kind and understanding. I recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you.
